Why Revenue Leadership matters to me.
Consider It Done was born from a personal need.
Working my way as a revenue leader in Sales-Led B2B SaaS the last ∼10 years, I had to figure most things out on my own through trial and error. While working hard to deliver results with my team during the day, I spent many late evenings researching best practices in revenue leadership and improving our revenue operations.
It was a slow and painful path.
During that grind, I often wished for a partner: Someone who had walked this path before, whose expertise I could tap into. Someone senior enough to advance priority projects I couldn’t delegate, giving me added capacity to achieve faster results without company needing to increase headcount. Someone dedicated enough to help me stay on top of priorities, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks in the everyday hustle. Most of all, someone who could help me accelerate my impact and the company’s growth.
Consider It Done was founded to be that partner.
